Pricing

The purpose of the e-RMA 401(k) is to lower the administration costs and save you both time and frustration. Below is our complete list of pricing without any surprises or hidden fees.

• Plan Setup Fee: a one time charge of $950, which includes the plan document and supporting forms.
   
• Annual Administration fees: a $1,000 base fee. There is also an annual fee of $15 per employee with an account balance and $2.50 per employee without an account balance. If your plan has over 100 eligible employees, then the base fee increases by $500.
   
• Distribution Fees: If you partner with OppenheimerFunds, there is a $25 per incident charge. If you partner with American Funds, there is a $50 per incident charge.
   
• Loan Fees: Loans are only available with OppenheimerFunds, and there is a one time fee of $150.
   

Additional fees will be charged by the fund company. Some are payable by the plan participants and some by the plan sponsor. Your investment advisor will review these with you.
