401(k) Plan Conditions

There are obviously some limitations to utilize this design.

If you can answer "yes" to the following questions, you are a candidate for this solution.

  1. Do you only own one company, OR are you willing to include all companies in which you have ownership?
  2. Are all the wages W-2, including your own?
  3. Do you use an on-line payroll service, OR are you willing to switch to one?
  4. Do you have only non-union employees, OR do you keep your union employees on a separate payroll and cover their retirement benefits under a union plan?
  5. Are you willing to contribute something for your employees?
  6. Are you willing to allow ALL of your employees to participate immediately upon hire?
  7. Will you be satisfied with an annual contribution for yourself of $36,700 or less?
