We are currently hiring for... JOB TITLE: Pension Administrator DIVISION: Junior Administration JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for administration work on a variety of types of retirement plans. This position is accountable for correct entry of client data as well as preliminary calculations and preparation of valuations for supervisor review. POSITION REPORTS TO: Operations Manager/Current Team Leader(s) ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Gathering, analyzing and inputting client information into various platforms • Contribution calculations, compliance testing, preparation of government forms or filings • Generating distribution kits & loan packages • Submission of client payroll files • Ability to provide coverage in the event of supervisor or teammate absence • Ability to perform well in team atmosphere • Occasional communication with clients and their other service providers via phone or email QUALIFICATIONS: Must be familiar with office procedures and recent technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. EDUCATION: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field is required. Passing tests in the field will be required within the first 2 years of employment, training will be provided. EXPERIENCE: No field experience is required for this position. ACCOUNTABILITY: Accurately and efficiently input and calculate client data to be reviewed by supervisor. The ability to work independently once trained is essential. GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: This position is intended to prepare the employee for the role of Senior Pension Consultant within the first 4 years of employment.
